MACOHELP is a women lead organisation. Both our board and the leadership team has more than 60% of females representation.
We are hosted within the communities we target. Most of our personnel are community based and originate from these communities.
Most of our project and programmes targets, addresses the needs and are implemented with the youth and adolescents.

To empower and advocate for the vulnerable and underprivileged women, boys and girls in Western Kenya to recognise their fortes to address their challenges.
We support public schools to have access to information technology to support virtual learning.
We provide basic livelihoods skills training to the youth including business plan development skills.
We are creating awareness on mental health of youth. We also target key community influencers.
We are curative health in our community based clinic and medical outreaches. We conduct health awareness sessions through community health volunteers.
We advocate for sexual and reproductive health rights of adolescents and youth. We focus on comprehensive sex education and awareness creation.
We provide basics skills to caregivers of the elderly on palliative care and also provide them with livelihoods start up kits to generate income.
